Frequently Asked Questions

To help answer some of the most common questions we have been asked about our products we have compiled the following list of frequently asked questions.

  • Does the SuperSpout require batteries?

No, SuperSpout does not contain any moving or electrical parts. The clever design of SuperSpout uses a vacuum to control and stop the flow of liquid during its operation.

  • I can't get fuel to pour from my Superspout. What am I doing wrong?

Superspout has a small tube that allows the product to breath. If fuel is not pouring when you tip up your fuel can it's because the container is too full and the tube is submerged in the fuel. Empty just a little out of the contain and Superspout will start to flow smoothly and safely.
